tonight I am cooking this delicious dish I made up a few years ago - I did call it peasant soup but now I've decided to name it " Kartoffel- und Suppenwurst"


Kartoffel- und Suppenwurst

2 sausages per person
1 potatoe per person
I onion
1 tin of Tomatoe puree

Cook the potatoe by partially boiling it or microwaving it.

in a saucepan put all the other ingredients in it and cook them and the sausage (cut into bite size pieces) until the sausage and potatoes are well cooked. Serve it with chips or bread (whatever takes your fancy).

Serve it in a bowl and Bon Appetit.
