Delicious
chocolate cake
3 eggs separated
120g Flour
175g Sugar
60ml oil
125 ml hot
water
24g Coco
powder
10ml baking
powder
Pinch of
salt
5ml vanilla
essence
Sift the
flour, baking powder and salt together.
Mix the Coco
powder and hot water and allow it to cool.
Combine the
egg yolk, oil, sugar, vanilla and coco mixture add this to the dry ingredients
and mix well.
Whip the egg
whites till they are stiff, and fold lightly into the Coco mixture.
Bake at 205
degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Decorate as
desired.
Today, it's so easy to make and yummy!
